Mani holds a B.A in International Relations from the United States International University- Africa (USIU-A) in Nairobi, Kenya. Mani also holds a Certificate in Democracy, Good Governance and Peace in East Africa from the Nyerere Centre for Peace Research (NCPR) based at the EAC Secretariat in Arusha, Tanzania. Further, He has worked at the NCPR as a Junior Youth Expert (Sept-Dec 2014) and at the International Conference for Great Lakes Region (ICGLR) headquarters in Bujumbura, Burundi. Mani is passionate about leadership, empowerment and education as can be corroborated through the numerous workshops, international conferences (in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria) community development activities (Loodo Ariak in Kajiado County, Kahawa West in Nairobi, Mpigi in Uganda,) and other initiatives he has taken part in including features on International Media as Voice of America’s Redio ya Sauti ya America , United Nations Redio Ya Umoja wa Mataifa, and BBC’s, ‘Africa Have Your Say’.
